Community Meals

Every fourth Friday of the month, after a short worship service including devotions and singing, a healthy, sit-down meal is provided to almost 100 people (mostly families from the neighborhood), many who go back for seconds.  Fellowship House staff and volunteers prepare the food, serve the food, and clean up.

Every Saturday, My Father’s Hand  serves a hot Breakfast to over 100 individuals (mostly homeless) in the Fellowship House facilities using the Fellowship House kitchen.

For the past four years, the Baxter Health Corporation has sponsored a Thanksgiving Dinner that is served at Fellowship House.  This is one of our largest dinners and volunteer sponsored events.  Food is prepared in the Fellowship House kitchen and is served to scores of people from the neighborhood by volunteers from Baxter.
