Meet Our New Executive Director, Richelle Todd-Yamoah

Richelle has a 20-year professional portfolio that includes teaching, advocacy, international community development, evaluation, program management, and administration. Passionate about positive social change and gathering data that reveals the impact of change, Richelle served as an evaluation consultant on a 9 month project based in Philadelphia that sought to develop young entrepreneurs in the hip-hop industry. For 16 years Richelle worked in various capacities for the American Friends Service Committee, a Quaker organization based in Philadelphia committed to peace and social justice. Richelle is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer having served in Cote d’Ivoire, West Africa as a water/sanitation specialist and in Malawi on a partnership project between UNICEF and the Ministry of Health. Richelle is an alumni of the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA in Sociology as well as Rutgers University Camden, with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Although born and raised in Philadelphia, Richelle currently lives in Pine Hill, New Jersey with her husband Matthew, and two children Ameenah and Zion. In her free time, Richelle enjoys traveling, reading, volunteer service, taking long walks and spending time with family and friends. Richelle and her family are members of The Perfecting Church in Washington Township, NJ.
